Part 1: Miracles
God of Promise
Miracles
Date: 31 May 2020
Speaker: Duane Lowe
Jesus is a God of Promise. Miracles follow Him in His path of purpose.
There is a miracle in scripture that is specific to today’s cultural environment.
Luke 5:12-15 (TPT)
Does Jesus want you to be a living testimony during this “pandemic?”
By definition, a miracle is “an extraordinary event manifesting as a divine intervention in human affairs.”
- A miracle occurs when God intervenes in our life and His power collides with our reality.
- The more we focus our minds on Jesus, the closer we get to our miracle!
Do you feel disqualified from receiving a miracle? What if you knew Jesus had already (Chosen) you to receive miracles? What miracle do you need God to perform in your life?
Three things Jesus does when He does a miracle for us is:
- He sees us: Jesus is fully aware of the specifics of your life right now. No situation is too much for Him. Nothing we experience surprises Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 (NIV)
- He reaches us: Jesus reaches through the roadblocks and demands of life and society to embrace us. No one is ever too sick, contagious, unclean and out of reach. He can touch anyone that is ready to admit their need for His presence and Will to work in them.
- He Heals us: Jesus is especially into healing. His commission to His followers specifically includes “healing all who were sick and diseased.”
He is willing and able to perform a miracle in our lives regardless of how great our need, problem or hurt might be, we are a candidate to experience a miraculous move of God.
He cares about you so much! The greatest miracle is the miracle of you receiving “The Promise!” The miracle of stepping into your identity in Him. The miracle of Salvation from a life of darkness into a Kingdom of Light; the Knowledge of secrets of the Kingdom of God; the Knowledge of the Son of God.
Spend time asking God to reveal a need in your life that you haven’t brought to Him yet. Surrender that need to God and ask Him to do a miracle in your situation.

Part 2 : Unbreakable Spiritual Lifelines
GOD OF PROMISE
Unbreakable Spiritual Lifeline
Date: 07 June 2020
Speaker: Duane Lowe
(NIV) Psalm 77:13-14
What god is as great as our God?
During Jesus’ ministry in flesh, there are 35 recorded miracles that He personally performed.
(NIV) John 21:25
(MSG) Hebrews 6:13-20
(NIV) Mark 4:35-38
How many feel like the disciples in this passage during this pandemic?
(NIV) Matthew 8:26-27
Every storm we endure allows us the privilege of knowing Jesus in a way we didn’t know Him prior.
There are three storms going on:
- Physical Storm
- Wind, rain, lightning and thunder is very physical…
- Establishing your faith doesn’t mean that the virus doesn’t exist. The real question is, “does faith exist in you?”
- Don’t allow the present storm to destroy your relationships.
- Emotional Storm.
- Physical storms have a way of causing fear to take over our emotions… excessive worry…loss of patience… disrespect and dishonor of others…
- Jesus has already spoken, have you heard it?
- Spiritual Storm.
- This idea that Jesus isn’t interested in our problem is bad theology.
- Storms always reveal the shallowness of our relationship with Jesus.
What if the miracle wasn’t the storm Jesus calmed on the outside, but the storm He calmed on the inside?
(NIV) Hebrews 6:18-20
There are three aspects of our relationship with Jesus that is His lifeline for all:
- We have a lifeline when we cultivate His presence.
(NIV) Psalm 91:1-4
- We have a lifeline when we hold to His promise.
(NIV) Psalm 119:81
- We have a lifeline when we engage in His process.
REMEMBER: Trouble doesn’t build character, it reveals it.
This truth is a lifeline that will set you up for all the Promises God has for you!

Part 3 : Jesus I Need A Promise
GOD OF PROMISE
Jesus, I Need a Promise
Date: 12 June 2020
Speaker: Duane Lowe
(NIV) Hebrews 6:18-20
A promise is…
- As a noun: a declaration or assurance that one will do a particular thing or that a particular thing will happen.
- As a verb: assure someone that one will definitely do, give, or arrange something; undertake or declare that something will happen: give good grounds for expecting (a particular occurrence or situation).
(TPT) Luke 18:35-43
Three Things The Blind Beggar Did:
- Recognize the Problem.
- Our nation and even our community can’t see through the pain and emotional divide in humanity. Social blindness is skewing the spiritual clarity among many presently.
- Pray.
- Prayer should always be our first priority, not our last resort!
- Praise.
- The issues and present chaos around us want to shush us from getting beside ourselves for Jesus!
- Be sure that you’re shouting at the right target when you decide to shout!
- It was a shout that brought the wall of Jericho down and it’ll be a shout that brings the walls down that hold you captive!
When we’re ready for our promise, you can be sure that Jesus will
- Pause
- He’s not paying attention our failures, flaws and imperfections!
When we’re ready He gives us the
- Promise; the miracle.
- When we decide to pray, praise and shout, it’s contagious. Other’s will begin to pray, praise and shout!
