THINGS AS CHILDREN OF GOD THAT WE CANNOT DO: 
·      I cannot save or sanctify myself.
·      I cannot make atonement for sin.
·      I cannot redeem the world.
·      I cannot right what is wrong,
·      I cannot purify what is impure,
·      I cannot make holy what is unholy. This is all the sovereign work of God. Our enemy continually tempts us to give our best effort in saving people. We can only save ourselves by simply believing the eternal gospel and receiving the Promise. (Acts 2:40)

Small Grouping… 
·      Get with others in the name of Jesus and hang out; go out and be Christ. We’re actually saying to Jesus, I’m giving you my ear to hear what You want to say, as well as making myself accountable to the group to be obedience to what You speak.
·      All of God’s revealed truths are sealed until they are opened to us through obedience. He will not open His truth to anyone through philosophy or thinking.
·      The moment I obey, light comes in immediately!

Challenges we are facing:

·       Economics/Inflation
·       Moral decay: Crime/culture

Things can’t keep going the way they are now without this thing breaking. What if it does fall apart? Is your walk with God able to keep you?

How can I Establish Accountability in my Heart? 
 
1.    Grow my expectation “To Be.”
     a.    Our earnest expectation “To Be” is what keeps us pure, even as he is pure! 
     b.    Paul tells the believers to feed this expectation requires that we “…building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,” (Jude 1:20 NKJV)
2.    Focus on the Cause of the Cross 
     a.    Our identity and His mission are our calling regardless of your position or role in this world.
     b.    Handling our Father’s treasure correctly is huge!
3.    Group with others in the name
     a.    Adam couldn’t be blessed alone.
     b.    One can but two… 
     c.     Determine to be where He is. Where is He? —- where two or three gather.
4.    Be Christ
     a.    Only say and do what He is saying and doing. 
     b.    Most work among Christians today has never been disciplined but has simply come into being by impulse. In our Lord’s life every project was disciplined to the will of His Father.
     c.     Jesus never followed the impulse of His own will as distinct from His Father’s will— “the Son can do nothing of Himself ” (John 5: 19)
     d.    In comparison, most professed believers take “every thought” or project that comes to us by impulse and jump into action immediately, instead of disciplining ourselves to obey Christ.
