9This summer, stu.Life invites you to embark on an unforgettable adventure to the Wave Conference in Georgetown, Texas, from July 17th to 19th, 2024. Set against the backdrop of our vibrant host city, this year’s conference theme, “Imagine,” calls us to envision a world transformed by faith, hope, and love.

Why Wave Conference?
Wave Conference is a gathering designed to inspire and energize our youth, fostering a deeper connection with their faith and each other. It’s a mix of dynamic worship, insightful messages, and community-building activities. And, of course, it’s a whole lot of fun!
Registration: Secure Your Spot!
- Deadline: The last day to register is May 17, 2024.
- Fee: $175 per student. This covers your conference pass, transportation, accommodation, and all meals during the trip. Payment Deadline: June 2, 2024.

Here’s What You’re Signing Up For:
Engaging Activities
From the moment we hit the road, you’re in for a treat! Activities range from group games to insightful workshops at the conference. Plus, enjoy special moments of worship and reflection.
Fellowship and Fun
Make memories that last a lifetime. Between sessions, our group will have the opportunity to explore local attractions and dine together, creating stronger bonds and friendships.
Accommodation
Stay in a cozy AirBnB with your peers, supervised by our trusted chaperones. Sleeping arrangements are made to ensure everyone is comfortable and safe.
Transportation
Travel in style and comfort! We’re renting a 15-passenger transit van, ensuring a smooth ride to and from the conference.

- Fill out the registration form. Make sure to do this by May 17, 2024, to secure your spot.
- Submit your payment. The $175 fee can be paid online or in person at Snack Shack on Sundays.

If you’d like to pay in person, payment will be accepted Sundays at Snack Shack.
Digital Payments
Scan or click your preferred app below. Please include your student’s name in the notes/description.
Transparency statement: digital payments will be sent to a personal account (Myisha and/or Tiffany). Payments sent digitally will be deposited into the stu.Life account under the student’s name. A written receipt will be provided the Thursday or Sunday after receiving, whichever comes first.
