We are instructed in: 
Hebrews 13:4-5 NIV “Marriage should be honored by all (who is included in “all”), and the marriage bed kept pure,… 5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said (God promised), “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” 
 
Jesus to His Bride, “I’ll never leave you nor forsake you…”
Why are we as the Bride of Christ tempted to leave and forsake Him?
Why would the bride want to get away from her husband? What’s the driving temptation?
 
Intimacy isn’t the problem with the Bride of Christ. As His Bride, we truly enjoy the high that comes with being intimate with Jesus, however, this craving to be in control never stops. It’s this need to be in charge that impacts our intimacy with Jesus.
NO MARRIAGE RELATIONSHIP OR FRIENDSHIP CAN ENJOY HEALTH APART FROM BEING DEVOTED INTIMATELY WITH JESUS!
